Lisa Theodoratus, Owner

Lisa has worked for many years as a cruise and tour specialist and has sailed on many luxury vessels including twelve sailings on Silversea alone. Lisa is a Certified Travel Consultant as well as a CLIA Accredited Cruise Counselor.

Cruising is one of Lisa's favorite vacations because of the ability to visit many obscure places you might otherwise miss. Most of her favorite trips have been on small luxury vessels or riverboats in exotic locales. Lisa has also traveled as the host on our Ensemble Escorted Cruises on many occasions and enjoys interacting with and assisting our guests. 

Other interests are sailing and racing on San Francisco Bay as well as across the globe. Lisa's last adventure was sailing in French Polynesia on a 60 foot catamaran followed by an overwater bungelow at the luxurious St Regis Bora Bora. Italy is also a favorite destination and Lisa enjoys putting together wonderful personalized trips for clients. 

Adventure travel can be found in many forms from highly exerting requiring special skills to simply observing other cultures and animals from the comfort of a safari vehicle. Whatever your travel dreams are Lisa will get you there!

Marlene Anthony

Before turning to the world of travel Marlene was detailed oriented top executive at a Industrial firm. She now brings this precise quality to travel planning making sure that every little aspect of your trip is worked out in advance.

Marlene has been to over 170 countries, many of them multiple times both as a travel professional and in the reverse role of a busy executive needing a holiday. Her forte are custom trips, cruises, and tours focusing on good value and luxury amenities.

Charmian Watford 

Charmian thought that she wouldn't like cruising – until she tried it over ten years ago!

Her first Cruise Experience was very different to what she had expected and she enjoyed it hugely. She liked the convenience of only unpacking once, having her ‘own place’ to return to after a wonderful day ashore, and letting someone else ‘do the driving’.

Now she has cruised in all parts of the world, preferring small luxury ships and exploration cruises. She has escorted our exclusive Ensemble Escorted Cruises many times.

She also has a ‘travel insider’s knowledge’ of Australia and Great Britain having lived in both countries. She is happy to share her knowledge of these wonderful destinations with our clients in order to make their vacations truly special.

Naydine M. Booth

As a child, Naydine’s father started her interest in culture, history and geography when she would curl up in his lap and look at the pictures in the newest National Geographic magazine while he read to her. 

Born, raised and educated in San Francisco, Naydine started traveling early as part of family trips to visit relatives in northern and central Italy. After marriage she and her husband Bob started to explore further and as a family introduced their two children to vacations in Hawaii and Canada. 

In the early 1970’s the Booth Family built their dream house in Marin County where they still reside. Along the way Naydine had a successful 20 year career in banking with a major California bank. After retirement in the early 1990’s she decided to take her hobby of traveling and turn it into an at home business.  She joined the large firm of Carlson-Wagonlit working in the administrative office while learning the “ropes” and joined the Cruise Experience in 2008. 

Naydine has served as the Executive Director of APTA – the Association for the Promotion of Tourism to Africa, President of San Francisco Travel Professionals, and President of San Francisco Women in Travel. Naydine specializes in custom worldwide land travel, custom group travel, and highly personalized travel to Italy and Africa.
